Feldentwicklung und supervisorisches Lernen – Überlegungen zur Weiterbildung von „Lehrsupervisoren“ aus Integrativer Perspektive: Kontext, Ziele, Qualitätsprofil, didaktische Konzeption Field Development and Supervisory Learning – Reflections on the Training of “Training Supervisors” from an Integrative Perspective: Context, Goals, Quality Profile, Didactic Concept

Der vorliegende Beitrag zur Diskussion über die Weiterbildung von Lehrsupervisoren geht von einer Analyse des Feldes der Supervision aus: von Erfordernissen, Defiziten, dem state of the arts. Es werden inhaltliche Dimensionen aufgezeigt, insbesondere der Diskurs zu modernen sozialwissenschaftlichen Theorien (Kontroll-, Attributions-, Selbstwirksamkeits-, Netzwerk-, Supporttheorien etc.) in ihrer Relevanz für supervisorische Praxis und die Ausbildung von Supervisoren. Auf dieser Grundlage und mit feldtheoretischen (Lewin), ökologischen (Gibson ), sozialökologischen (Petzold) Überlegungen wird das Weiterbildungscurriculumfür LehrsupervisorInnen an EAG/FPI, FU-Amsterdam vorgestellt und diskutiert als eindifferenziertes und didaktisches Modell, das die neusten Entwicklungen des Integrativen Ansatzes der Supervision und Therapie verbindet. Die Arbeit von 1993 hat nichts von ihrer Aktualität verloren und ist sogar dem derzeitigen Diskussionstand immer noch voraus. The present paper concerning the discussion on the training of „training supervisors“ departs from an analysis of the field of supervision: from requirements, deficits, the „state of the arts“. Consequently then dimensions on the content level are accentuated, particularly the discourse on modern theories in the social sciences that are relevant for the practice of supervision and the training of supervisors (controll-, attribution-, self-efficacy-, network-, social-support-theories etc.). On this background and with reflections on field theory (Lewin), ecological theory (Gibson),and the socioecological theory (Petzold) the training curriculum for training-supervisors of EAG/FPI and FU-Amsterdam is presented and discussed as a sophisticated didactic model combining advanced theory and methodology of the integrative approach to supervision and therapy.
