ARRHYTMHIAS in STRUCTURAL HEART DISEASE

The datasets in this repository are pseudonymised patient data with two different datasets: patients with an ASD and arrhymthias and patients with an ICD implantation. In the first the relation en treatmentoptions of atrial arrhytmhias, especially atrial fibrillation is studied and in the second ICD therapy in different subsets of patients is studied and whether clinical risk factors can predict ICD therapy. A substudy was peformed to retrospectively analyze the effect on ICD indication or number of ICD implantation in patients with non-ischemic cardiomyopathy.

The data are collected in SPSS. Original data comes from electronic patient files (EPIC).
The seperate key file is saved on a secured server of the department of cardiology.

No informed consent was provided because of the retrospective nature.
