This record includes data and code relating to the manuscript entitled "Rapid and portable presumptive LAMP assays for the detection of the invasive corn snake (<i>Pantherophis guttatus</i>)" as part of the Data Availability statement. The sheet entitled "Corn_LAMP_MASTER" includes all the data relating to sensitivity, specificity and trace DNA amplification testing and "Thermocycler_MASTER_3" contains the data relating to the three different thermocyclers used. The other three csv files are required to conduct the statistical analysis in R using the provided R file.<br>
