CoMetGeNe_results_1467_bacteria.tar.gz

This archive contains trail finding results obtained using CoMetGeNe for a dataset of 1467 bacterial species. Trail finding has been performed for all combinations of gap parameters delta_G (allowing to skip genes) and delta_D (allowing to skip reactions) ranging from 0 to 3. Filenames are in the form org_dGx_dDy.hnet, where 'org' is the three- or four-letter species code from KEGG, x is the value of the delta_G parameter (between 0 and 3), and y is the value of the delta_D parameter (between 0 and 3).
