Head posture and musculoskeletal pain in computer using office workers in Sri Lanka

A cross-sectional study was conducted with 198 computer-using office workers in two regional offices in Sri Lanka. The head posture angles (neck flexion, head flexion, and craniocervical) were captured using photogrammetry and calculated using ImageJ software. The musculoskeletal pain (neck, shoulder, and back) in the previous 24 hours and >3 months (chronic pain), duration of computer usage, age, and sex were recorded using a self-administered questionnaire.

本研究针对斯里兰卡两家区域办事处的198名使用电脑的办公室职员开展了一项横断面研究（cross-sectional study）。研究采用摄影测量法（photogrammetry）采集头部姿态角度，包括颈部屈曲、头部屈曲及颅颈角度，并通过ImageJ软件完成计算。同时通过自填式问卷记录了受试者过去24小时内及持续超过3个月（慢性疼痛，chronic pain）的颈部、肩部及背部肌肉骨骼疼痛（musculoskeletal pain）发生情况，以及电脑使用时长、年龄与性别信息。
