居家养老服务安全风险动态评估与预警数据集

本数据集基于杨陵区康养服务原始数据，包括老年人健康监测、服务记录、居家环境物联设备、行为轨迹及主观反馈等多源信息。通过系统性加工处理，将原本分散的照护记录转化为综合性的"老人安全风险动态评估报告"，每条记录包含跌倒风险评分、慢病失控评分、环境风险评分、社会孤立评分、服务风险评分等五大维度量化指标，并生成综合风险评分、预警等级判定和具体干预建议。数据集采用"风险事件生命周期"导向的结构设计，将复杂的多源异构数据转化为直观的风险评分与趋势判断，实现了从静态档案记录到动态预警决策的本质转变，为精准化、预防性养老服务提供了可直接操作的数据支撑。

This dataset is built upon raw elderly care service data from Yangling District, which includes multi-source information such as senior citizens' health monitoring data, service records, home environment IoT devices, behavioral trajectories, and subjective feedback. Through systematic processing, the previously scattered care records are converted into a comprehensive "Dynamic Assessment Report on Elderly Safety Risks". Each record contains five-dimensional quantitative indicators: fall risk score, chronic disease out-of-control score, environmental risk score, social isolation score, and service risk score, and generates comprehensive risk scores, early warning level judgments, and specific intervention recommendations. The dataset adopts a structural design oriented towards the "risk event lifecycle", which transforms complex multi-source heterogeneous data into intuitive risk scores and trend judgments, realizing a fundamental shift from static archival records to dynamic early warning decision-making, providing directly operable data support for precise and preventive elderly care services.
