Effect of ONWAY on gene expression in bone marrow of mice after 4T1 cancer surgery

To explore the RNA effects of Onway on bone marrow cells after TNBC surgery, we performed gene sequencing of bone marrow cells from mice treated with and without Onway. After tumor resection, 4T1 female Balbc mice were treated with Onway by gavage for 2 weeks, while the Control mice were not. Bone marrow cells of the mice were havested after treatment. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of bone marrow cells .
