Transcriptome and co-expression network analyses revealed the mechanisms of early response to drought stress in oat leaves

With the aim of elucidating oat leaves early response to drought stress, the study focused on examining the physiological and molecular indicators of oat leaves under 0 h, 12 h, 24 h, 36 h, and 48 h of drought treatment. All these assist us in understanding the early responses of oat to drought stress from new perspectives and well guide further research.
