nano-beam 4D-STEM dataset of AST sample series for PEMWE

This is the raw nano-beam 4D-STEM datasets from Dectris Arina detector of accelerated stress tested (AST) sample series for proton exchange membrane water electrocatalysis (PEMWE). The associated paper is submitted and the paper DOI is provided in the metadata. The jupyter notebook used to analyze the data are also supplied.
