This collection contains the scripts and example data files to accompany the paper \nLuk Peeters, Dan Pagendam, Russell Crosbie, Praveen Kumar Rachakonda, Warrick Dawes, Lei Gao, Steve Marvanek, YongQiang Zhang, Tim McVicar (2018) Determining the initial spatial extent of an environmental impact assessment with a probabilistic screening methodology. Environmental Modelling and Software (accepted for publication).\nThe zip-file contains an IPython Jupyter Notebook that allows to recreate the groundwater model, sensitivity analysis, emulator and bayesian inference described in the paper.
