Processed Microbiome Data from the Dutch Microbiome Project (n=6,941)

This dataset contains processed gut microbiome data from 6,941 participants of the Dutch Microbiome Project. Included files are: feature_table_clean.csv: Species-level abundance table (features × samples, counts). taxonomy_table.csv: Taxonomic Table, with rows representing feature IDs and columns corresponding to the seven taxonomic ranks: Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, and Species SGB_tree.nwk: Phylogenetic tree SGB_tree_annotation.csv: Annotation for the phylogenetic tree nodes. Note: Phenotypic and clinical data remain subject to GDPR-compliant controlled-access procedures through the Lifelines biobank.
