Ökopsychosomatik – ein integratives Kernkonzept in den „Neuen Naturtherapien“ Ecopsychosomatics – an Integrative Core-Concept in the “New Nature Therapies”

Der Text stellt in kompakter Weise das Konzept der „Ökopsychosomatik“ als Kernkonzept der „Neuen Naturtherapien“ vor, das den versteckten Dualismus im Begriff Psycho-Somatik überwinden will. Die Mensch-Umwelt-Verwobenheit wird betont und gezeigt, wie Umwelt permanent Psychisches und Somatisches beeinflusst. Deshalb müssen in jeder therapeutischen Praxis Umwelteinflüsse berücksichtigt und therapeutisch genutzt werden. This text is presenting the concept of „ecosomatics“ in a concise form as a core-concept of the “New Nature Therapies”. It is aiming at an attempt to overcome the hidden dualism within the concept of psycho-somatic. The man-enviroment-interwoveness is emphasized and it is shown, how the environment ist permanently influencing psychological and somatic reality.
