Sequencing data for "Ultraconserved elements and machine learning classifiers enable robust phylogenetics and taxonomic classification in nematode lineages"

Bait sets designed to target ultraconserved regions in the families Caenorhabditis and Panagrolaimidae as well as sequencing data (trimmed raw reads) obtained using target capture with the baits synthesized for 20 strains of the family Panagrolaimidae. The sequencing data will also be available on ENA.
