资源简介:
The aim was to study the effect of 1) coculture of iPS-ECs and iPS-CMs on each cell type and 2) shear stress on iPS-derived endothelial cells (iPS-EC). The transcriptional landscapes of each cell type were compared. scRNA sequencing analysis of iPS-CMs and iPS-ECs grown in monoculture vs. coculture, and iPS-ECs grown in flow conditions. Two cell lines were used for coculture (HEL47_2 ans HEL24_3), and one for flow (HEL47)
