This study investigates the transcriptomic changes in Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings mutated in four SR subfamily genes, i.e., SR34, SR34a, SR30 and SR34b. RNA was extracted from 12-day-old seedlings per sample and sequenced using Illumina Nova X plus platform. The goal of this project is to identify differentially expressed genes and splicing events between the mutant and WT, in order to understand the role of SR subfamily genes in plant splicing regulation.
