RNA-seq analysis of TFD-treated J-Lat 10.6 cells

This study investigates the transcriptomic changes in J-Lat 10.6 cells, a well-characterized HIV-1 latency model, following treatment with TFD compound for 48 hours. J-Lat 10.6 is a human CD4+ T cell line containing integrated HIV-1 provirus. RNA sequencing was performed to compare gene expression profiles between TFD-treated cells and PBS control cells to identify potential mechanisms of TFD action on HIV-1 latency. The dataset includes paired samples processed under identical conditions to enable robust differential expression analysis.
