Normal and Cancer Lung Migration

RNA-sequencing of Isogeneic cell lines HBEC30 ( in their growth media, KSFM) and HCC4017 ( in their growth media, RPMI+5% FBS and KSFM+2% FBS) at confluence (NS), wound induction (T0), and 24-hour post wound induction (T24). We recently published that non-malignant cell lines, such as HBEC30, migrated and invaded faster than malignant cells, HCC4017 from the same patient. In this study we were able to increase the migratory potential of the HCC4017 cells by adapting them to low serum and low glucose conditions of KSFM.
