Immunologic Factor Concepts and Types

This dataset contains the entire concept structure of UMLS Metathesaurus for the semantic type "Immunologic Factor". One of the primary purposes of this dataset is to connect different names for all the concepts for a specific Semantic Type. There are 125 semantic types in the Semantic Network. Every Metathesaurus concept is assigned at least one semantic type; very few terms are assigned as many as five semantic types.

本数据集囊括了UMLS Metathesaurus中语义类型“免疫因子”的完整概念结构。该数据集的主要目的之一在于连接特定语义类型下所有概念的不同名称。语义网络中共有125种语义类型。每一个元词汇概念至少被分配了一种语义类型；而只有极少数术语被分配了多达五种语义类型。
