RNA sequencing and B cell receptor repertoire sequencing of spleen in MRL/lpr mice after blocking BAFF

Female MRL/lpr mice were divided into two groups as follows: control group: normal saline and treatment group: BAFF-R-Fc (10mg/kg). And mice were given drug treatment at the age of 8-week. All drugs were injected subcutaneously once every other day for a total of 28 times. After treatment, RNA sequencing and B cell receptor repertoire sequencing were performed using the spleens of MRL/lpr mice.
