We investigated the effect of constricted migration (using transwell assays with 5-µm or 12-µm in diameter) on the organization of the 3D genome in melanoma cells. Overall design: RNA-Seq was performed to investigate gene expression changes after constricted migration. This experiment was performed on all A375-sub-populations of cells and two biological replicates were performed for each condition.
