Dataset for Impact of chemical composition on solidification microstructure and hardness of additively manufactured 316L steel

Dataset: Data for "Impact of chemical composition on solidification microstructure and hardness of additively manufactured 316L steel". Dataset contains results of SEM observations together with EBSD characterisation and hardness evaluation on LPBF 316L steel. The dataset contains 4 folders. "EBSD" contains raw and used data gathered using the EBSD technology for 3 materials - EOS, Praxair and SLM. "SEM" contains SEM micrographs included in the article. "Hardness" contains the statistical evaluation of hardness of the 3 materials used in the article. "Max Ferret diameter" contains an analysis grain size used in the article.
