During murine development, germ cell differentiate form sexually bi-potent primordial germ cell to sex-specific cell types. To precisely understand underlying mechanism of this, transcriptomic analysis were conducted in single cell resolution for embryonic gonads. For more better understanding, key regulator of male-type differentiation, NANOS2 deleted embryonic testes were also used.
