The uploaded file is the preliminary output of an Egyptian-Arabic sentiment lexicon to be used in different text analytics involving Egyptian text that was scraped from Facebook and Twitter. The lexicon file provides 8700 words accompanied by a polarity score ranging from -1 to 1, quantifying the overall sentiment valence. Each word has sentiment annotation tags across the six predefined categories: Happiness, Sadness, Fear, Trust, Disgust, and Anger.
