资源简介:
A study was carried out in a bag anaerobic chamber placed in an 8 °C constant temperature in the dark to characterize the geochemical and microbial water quality in interaction with the arsenic containing waste rock Treated and untreated reactors were incubated over four months since May 2017 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada (52º08´N 106º41´W). Higher concentrations of aqueous iron (Fe), aluminum (Al), and arsenic (As) were found in the reactors amended with carbon sources due to the presence of metal-reducing bacteria which helped to release these metals from the waste rock. Bacterial communities were analyzed by Illumina MiSeq of 16S rRNA V4 amplicons.
