Analysis of skin in wild-type vs. mast cell-deficient mice after allogeneic bone marrow transplant

LP/J marrow and splenocytes were infused into C57BL/6 or Wsh mast cell-deficient mice after irradiation of recipients. Chronic graft-versus-host disease was observed in the skin. Skin was collected after 7 weeks and RNA was isolated. RNA was analyzed by the NanoString Myeloid Innate Immunity panel 3 mice from syngeneic transplant, 3 mice from allogeneic transplant into WT mice, 5 mice from allogeneic transplant into Wsh mast cell-deficient mice
