对采集归集的数据进行分析挖掘,并可进一步结合实际情况,对相似场景进行预测。力和力矩监控数据,可监控吊重超限超载情况,并做出报警。塔吊作业监控数据,可监控转角、半径、塔高等作业状态,采取防碰撞措施。塔吊危险作业自动预警数据,针对风速预警、力违章、限位预警等危险情况进行预警。为企业自由数据,内部经营收集数据。(1)数据采集: 通过力矩传感器获取力矩(%);通过倾角传感器获取倾角(°),通过风速传感器获取风速(m/s);通过幅度传感器获取幅度(m);通过回转传感器获取转角(°)和吊高(m);通过吊重监测设备获取吊重(t)。通过系统分析,记录每次作业时间内的吊程(m)、力矩百分比(%)、最小幅度、最大幅度、最小转角、最大转角、最小吊高、最大吊高、卸吊高度。通过系统考勤日志获取司机姓名数据。 (2)数据分析:对数据集进行清洗,包括去除异常数据、处理缺失值。 (3)计算规则: 对以上数据进行统计分析,根据告警规则判断工作状态、提醒内容、告警类型、告警内容。具体规则如下: ①工作状态:正常;提醒内容:(空白);告警类型:(空白);告警内容:(空白) ——无告警发生; ②工作状态:异常;提醒内容:(空白);告警类型:预警;告警内容:限位 ——发生限位告警:监测的幅度差(最大幅度-最小幅度)>2.5m且转角差(最大转角-最小转角)>25°时,触发限位告警。 ③工作状态:异常;提醒内容:风速;告警类型:预警;告警内容:(空白) ——发生风速预警:监测的风速>20m/s且倾角> 2°时,触发风速告警。 ④工作状态:异常;提醒内容:(空白);告警类型:违章;告警内容:力 ——发生力违章:监测的力矩百分比(%)>90%且倾角> 2°时,触发力违章告警。

This dataset involves analyzing and mining collected and aggregated data, and further enabling prediction for similar scenarios based on actual conditions. The force and torque monitoring data can monitor over-limit and overload situations of lifted loads and trigger alarms. The tower crane operation monitoring data can monitor operating states such as rotation angle, working radius, and tower height, and implement anti-collision measures. The automatic early warning data for hazardous tower crane operations provides early warnings for hazardous situations including wind speed early warning, torque violation, and limit early warning. This is enterprise-owned data collected for internal business operations. (1) Data Collection: Torque is collected via torque sensors, expressed in percentage (%); inclination angle is collected via inclination sensors, expressed in degrees (°); wind speed is collected via anemometers, expressed in m/s; working radius is collected via radius sensors, expressed in meters (m); rotation angle and lifting height are collected via rotation sensors, expressed in degrees (°) and meters (m) respectively; lifted load is collected via load monitoring devices, expressed in tons (t). Through system analysis, the following metrics during each operation cycle are recorded: lifting distance (m), torque percentage (%), minimum working radius, maximum working radius, minimum rotation angle, maximum rotation angle, minimum lifting height, maximum lifting height, and unloaded lifting height. Driver name data is obtained from the system's attendance logs. (2) Data Analysis: Data cleaning is performed on the dataset, including removing abnormal data and handling missing values. (3) Calculation Rules: Statistical analysis is conducted on the above data, and the working status, reminder content, alarm type, and alarm content are determined based on the following alarm rules: ① Working Status: Normal; Reminder Content: (Blank); Alarm Type: (Blank); Alarm Content: (Blank) —— No alarm is triggered. ② Working Status: Abnormal; Reminder Content: (Blank); Alarm Type: Early Warning; Alarm Content: Limit —— Limit alarm is triggered when the monitored radius difference (maximum working radius - minimum working radius) > 2.5m and the monitored rotation angle difference (maximum rotation angle - minimum rotation angle) > 25°. ③ Working Status: Abnormal; Reminder Content: Wind Speed; Alarm Type: Early Warning; Alarm Content: (Blank) —— Wind speed early warning is triggered when the monitored wind speed > 20 m/s and the monitored inclination angle > 2°. ④ Working Status: Abnormal; Reminder Content: (Blank); Alarm Type: Violation; Alarm Content: Torque Violation —— Torque violation alarm is triggered when the monitored torque percentage (%) > 90% and the monitored inclination angle > 2°.
