In-depth Interview Dataset on the User Experience of SIKEP MARI Application in the Supreme Court of Indonesia

This dataset contains qualitative responses from five civil servant employees of the Supreme Court of Indonesia regarding their experience using the SIKEP MARI (Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia), a human resource information system. The interviews were conducted using a structured guide to explore user experience, interface satisfaction, system performance, and integration challenges. Each interview was transcribed in detail and includes user perspectives on strengths, weaknesses, and suggestions for system improvement. The data provides insights for user-centered redesign and digital transformation in the public sector, particularly in the context of civil service HR management systems in Indonesia. This dataset is intended for researchers, system developers, and policymakers interested in e-Government services, public administration technology, and UX evaluation of legacy systems.
