Raw data of Ovarian Cancer TMA imaged using Phenocycler Fusion. Cells were segemented using StarDist automated cellular segmentation, and for each cell the median fluroesncent intensity signal for each marker is recorded in this csv with the corresponding x-y co-ordinates, core ID, and cell morphology information.
