Replication data for: Kazakhstan (2009): Youth Power: Injecting Drug Use and Risky Sexual Behavior among At-Risk Youth in Almaty, Karaganda and Shymkent, Kazakhstan. Round One.

The purpose of the Tracking Results Continuously (TRaC) survey among at-risk youth (ARY) is to provide evidence for monitoring and implementation of PSI/Kazakhstan activities on Scaling-up the Youth Power Program for ARY in the cities of Almaty, Karaganda and Shymkent in Kazakhstan. The survey among ARY aimed to a) identify and describe the ARY in terms of consistent condom use at last sexual intercourse with any partner; b) identify behavioral determinants of the behavior; c) provide baseline data for project logframe indicators; d) apply study findings to design interventions aimed at reducing the risk of HIV transmission among ARY.
