An ANOVA on LME on group for the mean latency to UR onset (±95% CI), the mean latency to UR peak (±95% CI), the UR percentage (±95% CI) and the UR FEC amplitude (±95% CI) were not statistically significantly different. Spontaneous blink probability per 5 seconds (±95% CI) did not show a statistically significant difference between the wild types and the tg mice during interictal periods, but a significant effect was found between tg mice during ictal periods compared to both other groups.
