Purpose: To compare the effects of different concentrations of chloroprocaine femoral nerve block (FNB) on the muscle strength of quadriceps femoris in early large-angle knee function training. Materials and methods: A total of 90 patients who underwent early large angle rehabilitation training 48 hours after total knee arthroplasty (TKA)were randomly divided into three groups. Before training, 1% chloroprocaine 0.2 ml/kg (C1 group), 2% chloroprocaine 0.2 ml/kg (C2 group) and 0.2 ml/kg of normal saline (NS group) were injected into the femoral nerve catheterization, and active exercise was carried out after 10min. The Lotte muscle strength method was used to evaluate the muscle strength and able to start training time was recorded. Results: 84 patients who completed the study were divided into C1 group (n = 28), C2 group (n = 29) and NS group (n = 27).
