The file contains data-set (raw data and data processed into graphs) to the article entitled: "Surface roughening of Ti-6Al-7Nb alloy plasma nitrided at cathode potential".The files present results of investigations of the plasma nitriding at a cathode potential (CP-PN) on the surface morphology and the roughness of the Ti-6Al-7Nb alloy, carried out at temperatures covering most of practical processing range (from ∼ 600 °C to ∼ 850 °C) for this method.
