Visium Fresh Frozen Spatial Transcriptomics Dataset for Mouse Melanoma Brain Metastasis with Extracellular Vesicles Pre-treatment
收藏资源简介:
Spatial transcriptomics (10x Visium, fresh frozen) of the mouse brain microenvironment in a melanoma brain metastasis model after tumor-derived extracellular vesicle pre-treatment. This dataset contains raw Space Ranger outputs from 10x Genomics Visium spatial gene expression experiments on fresh-frozen (FF) tissue, generated as part of a study on melanoma brain metastasis (MBrM). BackgroundOur previous work showed that pre-treatment with tumor-derived extracellular vesicles (EVs), given before melanoma cells are injected, significantly increases the number and volume of brain metastases. This study looks at how EV pre-treatment changes gene expression in the brain and tumor microenvironment, both across space and over time. Experimental design Host (tissue): Mus musculus (mouse) Tumor cells: Homo sapiens (human melanoma) EV origin: Homo sapiens (human melanoma-derived) Time points: 2 and 7 weeks after tumor cell injection Platform: 10x Genomics Visium Spatial Gene Expression (fresh frozen) Treatment group, time point, and other annotations for each sample are listed in sample_metasheet.csv. Data contentsFor each sample, the Space Ranger output folder includes filtered feature-barcode matrices, tissue images, tissue position, and scale factors. Data were processed using both GRCh38 and mm10 reference genome.
