This dataset contains the source data underlying the figures in Steeves & Variola (2025), “Chirality and concentration govern polycatecholamine self-assembly: A comparative study of Dopamine, Levodopa, and Norepinephrine,” Soft Matter (accepted manuscript). The dataset includes: Absorbance, kinetics, and concentration effect data (Figures 1–2) Dynamic light scattering particle size data (Figure 3) Polymer dispersion ratio data (Figure 5) All data are provided in CSV format (one file per panel group) and accompanied by a plain-text README documenting file structures, column definitions, and figure mapping. A structured folder version of the dataset is also included as a ZIP archive for ease of reuse.
