Complete-coding sequence of Ixeridium yellow mottle virus 2 isolated from Crepidiastrum sonchifolium in South Korea
收藏资源简介:
The nearly complete genome sequence of Ixeridium yellow mottle virus 2 (IxYMV-2) was validated using partially overlapping RT-PCR fragments amplified with four primer sets, Sanger sequencing, and a 5’ RACE kit (v.20; Invitrogen). Attempts to perform 3’ RACE were unsuccessful. The consensus genome sequence (4404 nt, 43.31% GC content) was assembled using CLC Main Workbench v6.9.1 (Qiagen, Germany). This sequence includes the coding-complete region (3665 nt) along with the 5’ and 3’ untranslated regions. This dataset includes the raw Sanger sequencing data generated through one-step RT-PCR. The archive includes:.ab1 Files: Raw Chromatogram Trace Data from Capillary Electrophoresis..txt files: Base-called sequences are exported from chromatogram analysis software, available in either FASTA or plain text format.High-throughput sequencing (HTS) reads generated in parallel are available under BioProject SRR34505500. The assembled sequence has been deposited in GenBank under accession number PV911203.This dataset facilitates the molecular characterization of IxYMV-2 and is provided to ensure transparency and enable independent verification.
