this is the first study to check for the combined effectiveness of dry needling and neurodynamic mobilisation on respective neural and musculoskeletal componenets of patients suffering from piriformis syndrome .results showed significant changes in managing pain, improving pressure threshold and functional capabilities of lower extremity.

本研究为首项评估干针疗法（dry needling）与神经动力学松动术（neurodynamic mobilisation）联合应用对梨状肌综合征（piriformis syndrome）患者神经与肌肉骨骼受累组分的联合疗效的研究。结果表明，该联合疗法在缓解疼痛、提升下肢压力痛阈以及改善下肢功能能力方面均取得了显著改善效果。
