This dataset is a high-quality simulated resume dataset generated to study potential biases in the resume screening process. It consists of various variable combinations, covering demographic information such as gender, age, marital status, hometown, political status, physical condition, as well as professional information like technical level, educational background, and work experience. By open-sourcing this dataset, researchers can conduct in-depth analysis on the fairness and bias issues of AI in the recruitment process. The dataset includes template resumes, generated resumes, and auxiliary scripts, with data files in JSON format.
