资源简介:
[RAW MRI DATA FORTHCOMING] These data represent the 15 intensively studied fMRI participants (P1-P15) from Du, DiNicola, Angeli et al. (2024) J Neurophysiol (doi:10.1152/jn.00308.2023). For each participant, extensive BOLD-contrast fMRI data were acquired using both resting-state fixation and task protocols over 8-11 MRI sessions at the Harvard Center for Brain Science with a 3-T Prisma-fit MRI scanner and the vendor-supplied 32-channel phased-array head coil (Siemens Healthineers, Erlangen, Germany). The intense, repeat MRI sessions were conducted over a short time period with the goal of providing sufficient data within each individual for stable network estimation and exploration of task responses across a wide range of tasks (sensory, motor, and cognitive). Refaced T1-weighted structural acquisitions are also included. All participants were English-speaking paid volunteers. History of a neurological or psychiatric illness was an exclusion criterion. Participants provided written informed consent with protocols approved by the Institutional Review Board of Harvard University. The data have been used to estimate organization of the cerebral cortex (Du et al., 2024 J Neurophysiol doi:10.1152/jn.00308.2023), the cerebellum (Saadon-Grosman et al., 2024 Sci Advances doi:10.1126/sciadv.adq4037), the striatum (Kosakowski et al., 2024 J Neurophysiol doi:10.1152/jn.00387.2023), the hippocampus (Angeli et al., 2025 PNAS doi:10.1073/pnas.2422083122), and the thalamus (Du et al., 2025 Neuron doi: tbd).
