By analyzing the needs of diverse groups including Olympic enthusiasts, students and the general public, as well as the characteristics of various scenarios such as Winter Olympic venues and Olympic model campuses, this study explores targeted popular science technology promotion schemes, constructs an innovative popular science promotion theory for Winter Olympic heritage, designs innovative themed cultural and educational activities focused on Winter Olympic heritage, and investigates the constituent elements and design processes of innovative popular science promotion models. Furthermore, it realizes the efficient and precise communication application demonstration covering all elements of Winter Olympic heritage in a multi-level, multi-region and wide-coverage manner through the online cloud exhibition hall.
