Insecticidal effects of Prangos ferulacea (L.) Lindl essential oil and powder on Callosobruchus maculatus F

In this study insecticidal effect of Prangos ferulacea (L.) Lindl essential oil and powder on Callosobruchus maculatus F was evaluated. By probit analysis, LC50 value of essential oil and aluminum phosphide and Ld50 of powder was detected . Also for stability of treatments, LT50 of them was detected.

本研究评估了硬阿魏（Prangos ferulacea (L.) Lindl）精油与粉末对绿豆象（Callosobruchus maculatus F）的杀虫效果。采用概率单位分析法（probit analysis），本研究测定了精油与磷化铝的半致死浓度（LC50），以及该供试粉末的半致死剂量（Ld50）。此外，为明确各供试处理的持效稳定性，本研究还测定了上述各处理的半致死时间（LT50）。
