Comparative study of effect of thalidomide, lenalidomide and pomalidomide on Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs)

Scope: To compare the anti angiogenic potential of thalidomide with its analogs The trancriptome sequencing was performed using Illumina HiSeq 2500 ® platform.The sequence reads were aligned with Homosapiens genome downloaded from Ensembl release 75 database. Alignment of sequence were performed using STAR program (version 2.5.1b) program with Homosapiens gene model with default parameter settings.cuffdiff(v2.2.0) program was used to perform differential expression gene analysis.Heat maps were generated for gene expression analysis using R statistical software 3.1.0. Pathway analysis were performed to investigate differential gene expression analysis using DAVID program.
