Analysis of gene expression in SKOv3ip1 cells with and without co-culture of human primary adipocytes. Hypothesis is that adipocyte co-culure changes lipid metabolism pathways in ovarian cancer cells. SKOV3ip1 ovarian cancer cells were cultured alone or with human primary adipocytes that were extracted from healthy omental tissue for 16hrs. Total RNA was collected and gene expression analyzed with Illumina microarray.
