DWM Landuse Restriction View (new)

These datasets represent locations and areas where an instrument comprising of a notice and/or land use restrictions has been recorded by a Section and/or Program within the Division of Waste Management. The notices and/or land use restrictions are applied to properties under various North Carolina General Statutes pertaining to regulated wastes that have been identified or suspected to exist in the environmental media at the locations and areas described in the recorded instrument. These notices and/or land use restrictions may exist as plat maps showing boundaries or other instruments having legal descriptions of properties where the impacted or potentially impacted media exists.
