整治验收是为了解决地区土地利用不合理、资源浪费、环境污染等问题,提高土地的质量和效益,实现可持续发展而开展的。通过采集和分析土壤中的不同层次土壤砷数据,根据土壤砷指标检测和评估的结果,进行土地整治项目的综合评价和验收,判断是否达到项目目标和验收指标要求。1、数据来源:按照土壤质量 总汞、总砷、总铅的测定 原子荧光法 第2部分:土壤中总砷的测定 GB/T 22105.2-2008对土壤进行土壤样品采集检测。2、算法规则: 按照如下公式进行计算: W=(C-C0)*V*V2/V1/m/(1-f)/1000,式中W为样品中砷的质量浓度,单位mg/kg;C:从校准曲线上查得相应测定元素的浓度(μg/L);C0:试剂空白溶液测定浓度(μg/L);m:称取试样的质量(g);f:试样的含水率;V:样品定容体积,mL;V1:消解液分取体积,mL;V2-分取消解液定容体积,mL。3、数据判定: 根据《建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》(GB36600-2018)第二类用地风险筛选值进行判定,若砷≤60mg/kg,则判定合格;若砷>60mg/kg,则判定为不合格。4、数据应用:通过分析样品中砷的质量浓度,我们可以判断该土壤的污染程度,避免因砷浓度含量超高引起的土壤污染问题,为监管提供依据。
Land remediation and acceptance is carried out to address issues such as irrational land use, resource waste, and environmental pollution in regions, improve land quality and efficiency, and achieve sustainable development. By collecting and analyzing arsenic data of soil at different layers, a comprehensive evaluation and acceptance of land remediation projects are conducted based on the test and evaluation results of soil arsenic indicators, to determine whether the project objectives and acceptance index requirements are met.
1. Data Source: Soil samples are collected and tested in accordance with the national standard *Determination of total mercury, total arsenic and total lead in soil - Atomic fluorescence spectrometry - Part 2: Determination of total arsenic in soil* (GB/T 22105.2-2008).
2. Algorithm Rules: Calculations are performed using the following formula: W=(C-C0)*V*V2/V1/m/(1-f)/1000. Where: W is the mass concentration of arsenic in the sample, with the unit of mg/kg; C is the concentration of the corresponding measured element obtained from the calibration curve (μg/L); C0 is the concentration measured in the reagent blank solution (μg/L); m is the mass of the weighed test sample (g); f is the moisture content of the test sample; V is the constant volume of the sample (mL); V1 is the volume of the digested solution taken for aliquot (mL); V2 is the constant volume after aliquoting the digested solution (mL).
3. Data Judgment: The judgment is made based on the *Risk Control Standard for Soil Contamination in Construction Land (Trial)* (GB36600-2018) for the second type of land use. If the arsenic concentration is ≤60 mg/kg, the sample is deemed qualified; if the arsenic concentration is >60 mg/kg, the sample is deemed unqualified.
4. Data Application: By analyzing the mass concentration of arsenic in the samples, the pollution level of the soil can be determined, so as to avoid soil pollution problems caused by excessively high arsenic concentrations and provide a basis for supervision.
