资源简介:
Hyperglycemia, a common transient metabolic disturbance, is strongly associated with postoperative complications, yet the underlying immunometabolic mechanisms remain poorly understood. To investigate the impact of high glucose on monocytes in Stanford type A acute aortic dissection (ATAAD), we performed RNA sequencing on CD14? monocytes isolated from ATAAD patients. The isolated CD14? monocytes were cultured in RPMI-1640 medium supplemented with 10% FBS and exposed to either normal glucose (5.5 mM; n=4) or high glucose (30 mM; n=4) conditions for 24 hours at 37°C with 5% CO2. After incubation, cells were harvested for RNA extraction and subsequent RNA sequencing.
