SA with different mannuronic-to-guluronic (M/G) ratioand CS were used as film-forming substrates, and CuONps and ZnONps were used as additives to fabricatethe SA-CS@CuO/ZnOfilm by layer-by-layer casting method. Transcriptomics analysis was used to assess changes in bacterial gene expression levels, which provide new insights into the antibacterial mechanism of SA-CS@CuO/ZnO film.
