R script to generate nine quadrant plot for integrating transcriptomics and proteomics data

It is a single script to generate nine quadrant plot that integrate RNA-seq and LC-MS data and further generate quadrants with the commonly expressed genes/proteins in both datasets. This script can be used for integrating two omics approaches such as transcriptomics and proteomics to find cordiality in the expression of gene and translation of its encoded protein.
