TEACHING RUSSIAN AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE IN ACADEMIC LYCEUMS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

The article explores current trends and methodological principles of teaching Russian as a foreign language (RFL) in academic lyceums of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study analyzes the goals and objectives of RFL instruction, the specific characteristics of the learner population, and modern pedagogical approaches aimed at developing communicative, academic, and sociocultural competence. Particular emphasis is placed on the integration of linguistic and cultural components, the application of interactive and digital teaching technologies, and the use of interdisciplinary connections to support the academic orientation of language education. The findings indicate that effective RFL instruction in academic lyceums requires a comprehensive and differentiated approach that takes into account learners’ age, cognitive development, and motivational factors.本研究探析乌兹别克斯坦共和国学术高中阶段作为外语的俄语（Russian as a Foreign Language，RFL）教学的当前发展趋势与方法论原则。研究分析了该外语俄语教学的目标与任务、学习者群体的具体特征，以及旨在培养交际能力、学术能力与社会文化能力的现代教学方法。本研究特别强调了语言与文化要素的融合、交互式与数字化教学技术的应用，以及借助跨学科联系以支撑语言教育的学术导向。研究结果表明，要在学术高中开展高效的外语俄语教学，需采用兼顾学习者年龄、认知发展水平与动机因素的综合性差异化教学模式。
