Dataset Predictive Customer Modeling in Automotive After-Sales

This dataset contains the complete bibliometric metadata of 365 Scopus-indexed publications related to machine learning-based predictive customer modeling, collected for the systematic literature review. It includes files such as the bibliographic database (SLR Data.bib), outputs from Biblioshiny generated using the Bibliometrix R package, and the set of 17 selected papers used for thematic synthesis.
