This folder contains data presented in Figure 3 A and B. The force w.r.t time is saved in ForceOverTime.txt plotted in Figure 3 A and the list of breaking forces is saved in BreakingForce.txt plotted in Figure 3 B. As well as the preprocessed data of measured force on the interaction over time for the 100 independent trial is saved in combined_midforce_abs.txt. the configuration files used to generate the data from cytosim is config.cym. All these above data for 1 bond is saved in Linker1, for 2 bonds is saved in Linker2 and 5 bonds is saved in Linker5.
